    Hello Rohit Kulkarni,

You can find the usage history of ADF in the activity log section. The Activity Log provides a record of all activities that have taken place within your subscription.

To view the activity log, Please see the below steps:

    • Go to the Azure portal and open your ADF.
    • In the left-hand menu, click on "Activity log" under the Monitoring section.
    • You can filter the results in the Activity log page by selecting the appropriate time range, subscription, resource group, and resource name (your ADF name).
    • Once you have applied the filter, you can see a list of activities related to your ADF, including pipeline runs and other management operations.

There are other methods to save your ADF metrics and pipeline run data for a longer time with Azure Monitor via Diagnostic settings.

With Monitor, you can route diagnostic logs for analysis to multiple targets.

Once you configure the Diagnostic settings, you can use Azure monitor to view the logs.

Please see the below documents for more details on this topic.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/essentials/activity-log?tabs=powershell

To view the pipeline run history, you can use the "monitor" section to view pipeline runs.
