How to get back my 2FA from my broken phone

Hello Microsoft, I broken my phone where i had 2FA app and I had there my roblox account 2FA but when i log on the account in Microsoft Authefication everything was gone and i couldnt access any of my account where i had 2FA cuss i didnt save up my back up codes can i some how gain access to my 2FA roblox codes Thanks, P

    You have to contact your office/Azure Administrator who should have Global or Authenticator Administrator to reset your 2FA. Once Admin reset 2FA you will get prompt to setup new 2FA authentication.
