What certification test do I take?

Hello! I just recently took a class at Colorado State University Global Campus and we used uCertify for Windows Server 2016 and now that I am done with the class and uCertify I need to take the real certification. The issue lies in the fact that when I go to look up that test it says it is no longer a valid test. So my question is what test am I supposed to take now? thank you very much
