.CHM helpfile on an internal drives on my WinX desktop shows: "Make sure the web address //ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm# is correct". This happens only when file is on one of the internal drives. Same file is on the C: drive is visible as it should.

Question

The content of .CHM helpfile is only visible if stored on the C:\ drive. If the same file is stored on one of the other internal drives of my WinX desktop, the following text is displayed:

"Make sure the web address //ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm# is correct".

This issued was already raised in case the .chm file was on a network drive, but now it happens as well if stored at an internal drive!!
