PIN PROBLEMS

I want to enter my pc but I remember the PIN password, I tried to change it but the account was logged in with my old number, and I will only be able to change it on 12/06, how do I enter without the PIN as I did before, I entered with mine normal outlook password. It just updated and it was like this, I never know the PIN to sign into my Microsoft account!
