Can i use Window Server 2022 Standard license key for 1 host server plus the 2 vm within?

Hi all,

Appreciate if anyone can help with the above question. I am using the same license key for the host server and 2 VM but one of the vm shows the Window server 2022 not activated.

Below are the specs for current server:

PowerEdge T350, intel xeon E-2334, 1 processor, 4 cores, Window server 2022 standard 16 core.

    What channel is the product key? (OEM, retail, volume) Might try as a workaround using a kms key as intermediary step. 

    Dism /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:VDYBN-27WPP-V4HQT-9VMD4-VMK7H /AcceptEula

    then if successful use your own product key below after reboot 

    slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx  
slmgr /ato
