Hii can someone help me what to do. It show me this in windows deffender. I dont know what to do and if i open it i dont have there tzhe button to turn it on or off. Soo i would appriciate any help. Thanks

    AFAIK you cannot turn these settings off or on. Depending on your use case, you can filter and approve any quarantined threats or restore deleted threats.
