I have accidentally created two different certification profile and later on passed az 900 from second profile . But now In my Microsoft learn account i am not able to download my certificate because it is not merging my second profile
I am giving my MCID number of both profile please help me

Thank you for your response. But it is not working as i don't have have Microsoft account. I just do want to merge my two different ID in single account
through profile
