I cannot access my Microsoft 365 developer subscription.

Every time I try to login to the page, it asks me to login through Authenticator although I did not set up the account yet. Please tell me how to reset the authenticator feature from my account. I tried calling Microsoft Support with no success.

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the 365 Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850
