Obtain a copy of the recorded phone call from priceline and me bur not from this number or device

Question

How can I get access to a phone cal that I had with priceline and it was recorded and I knew it was I agree with it and it has evidence to a current criminal case that is the only evidence of the actual accounts that happened to me..I am not using the same phone or number or service anymore but I know that I have rights to obtain it I just don't know how if possible to get please help me?
