How do I find out when my certification exam is?

I scheduled a certification exam but now I can't find any of the details on when it is or where it is anywhere. I have no email and no record of it anywhere other than the charge on my card. Seems like a pretty bad idea to not have an obvious section underneath certifications on the website here for upcoming certifications.
