Issue with Certification Profile, hence not able to register for any exam

I had created a profile already and linked my Microsoft Id few months back but now when I tried to register for a new exam SC-900, I am unable to register and facing some correlation issues when I try to link

Need help in identifying the account which was linked earlier so that I will not miss the credits for the previous exams that I completed

Any quick help on this is much appreciated.
