My MCT physical certificates are not received for last couple of years?

I have applied to MCT for the last three years, and I have received only one time my MCT certificate. The last couple of years it is not being sent to my address. I am about to renew this year, Just want to check the community for an answer, Should I need to mention a different address for this year?
