My certificates are expired, can I renew them after expiry date?

I just login to my dashboard (microsoft) and found that my major certifications are expired :(. Could you please help me here and get me a chance to renew them?

I had been stuck with very critical domestic issues and couldn't focus on my learning. Could you please give me a chance to renew it.
