What license is needed if want to use MingLiU font in Windows for business use

If customer wants to use MingLiU font family (MingLiU, MingLiU extb) to create PDF document, or print it to papers for business usage, what other license might be needed apart from the Windows license?

於Windows使用細明體, 細明體 ext.b 輸出到 PDF檔或print 到紙本的商業用途除了Windows 的License 外還需要另外購買license 嗎?

Can anyone please provide an answer to this specific licensing question? Thanks!

    MingLiu font is a Traditional Chinese font in a mincho (serif) stroke style.
