IPv4 services and websites unreachable in windows 11
Hello, about a year ago i posted a thread (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/718595/windows-11-ipv4-doesnt-work) on this topic and today i tried again to install windows 11 on the same computer and i still have the exact same problem, i have the latest networking drivers for my realtek PCIe controller ( form march 2023 ), and i have set everything on DHCP. And somehow i'm still only able to reach only services and websites with ipv6 adresses.
Right now it's kind of a joke because when i want to go back to win10 i can "contact the support to resolve problems" (translated, might not be accurate) but when i click it i got : " We can't reach the application" so i click on " resolve my networking issues" and it says that no there's no problem with my internet connection...
I have again done every possible troubleshooting without finding any solution, could someone help me on this please?
thanks in advance
