Good morning,
I am receiving this email where they tell me that I have to pay an invoice when I have not really used AZURE services since 2015 or before. How do I cancel everything to stop receiving emails like this?

I have tried to follow the steps you indicated without success. Apparently my account is not the tenant account. However I receive these payment messages. I guess it will be like some kind of redirection. This is the identification error that shows me.
@Ruben Is it possible to translate that error and share it?
