How to move junk email to inbox on mobile.

I’m need to click a link in an email, and I need to move it to the inbox first. It appears MS didn’t design this part because there’s no way to move an email to the inbox. I was planning on working on my commute this morning, but instead I ran into a brick wall immediately because MS forgot to design the mobile app.

Is there a way to do this, or are we doomed with tools that make us inefficient?

That’s so sad Microsoft is so disorganized they can’t even have a single support channel for a single app. Sort of insulting to me. I’m sorry you work in these conditions.

Assuming you have an Exchange Online/Office 365 account configured in the mobile Outlook app, to move a message from the Junk folder to Inbox, either select the message or open it first, then hit the three dots menu in the top right corner > Move to folder.

Yeah it’s not there. That’s why is is so ridiculous. I would reply with a screenshot, but this website is broken and you cannot click the image upload icon, even in Edge.

Try opening a ticket via the Help menu > Contact Outlook mobile support. As part of the process you can include screenshots directly within the app.

Typical MS experience: design is so bad we waste a ton of time trying to do something, then trying to learn how to do it is near impossible because of more bad design.

In this case there’s two sets of three dots, and one of them has several items you’d expect to be right next to “move to inbox”. I don’t understand why making a UI intuitive is so against MS ideology.
