Azure Load test : How to configure NAT gateway when testing the end point is privately hosted service (e.g. SaaS service).

Hi Team,

I am planning to use to Azure Load test in order to test an application hosted in AWS managed by third party. So I come across this article which explain to use NAT gateway resource under this scenario so i was looking for more detailed guilde on this and also looking for any cost implication of using this service.
