Files don't upload in chat in teams

Question

Through many different methods when i try to upload a file in teams chat i can't do that because it's just disappear after sending without any error message, also the same problem appears with several colleges. That problem occur only in chats, when i and they try to send the same files to people directly or groups it sends without any problems.

Did you upload the file from the place shown below?

Here are a few ways to troubleshoot this issue:

• Check if there is an issue with the Teams web client: https://teams.microsoft.com.
• Check that your network connection is working, or switch to a different network.
• Check if your OneDrive and SharePoint are working or if there are any glitches or limitations.
• Check that your files meet the requirements for Teams.
