Hi @Ahmed AHMED ,
Why there are two folders?
Is there a solution for this problem to have only one folder for sent emails ?
As far as I know, the Sent items folder will be automatically created when Outlook cannot find the correct folder for sent items. For your current situation, I'd suggest creating an Outlook rule to specify manually the destination folder for the emails you sent from Outlook for Windows:
- Locate the Sent Items folder, go to Home -> Rules -> Manage Rules & Alerts, click New Rule.
- Select Apply rule on messages I send and click Next.
- Select through the specified account, click specified and select your account.
- Select move a copy to the specified folder, select the destination folder (Sent folder) for the messages you send.
- Click Next continuously to proceed, specify a name for the rule if necessary. Select Run this rule now on messages already in "Sent Items", click Finish.

Moreover, I'm not able to sync the contacts on windows
This is actually the by design behavior for IMAP accounts. See Sync basics - what you can and cannot sync.
