Device Online Status is Unknown

Hello,

Device replies to ping request. But in the SCCM console device status is unknown.

DeviceStatus

Due to this deployments are not received to the device. Please help which client log file to check and what is to be done to solve the issue.

    ConfigMgr client status is shown as unknown means the site server (or MP) is not able to connect to the client via the fast channel. There could be several reasons for the unknown status.

    1, This communication channel used for SCCM client fast notification is via TCP (port 10123) or HTTP (port 80 or 443 if using HTTPS), please help make sure there are available.

    2, Please help check the following logs to see if there are any error for our reference.

    On the client side: Ccmnotificationagent.log

    On the server side: Bgbmgr.log, Bgbserver.log

    Attached the Ccmnotificationagent.log

    I do not have access on the server side: Bgbmgr.log, Bgbserver.log. Hence cannot share it.
