Here are tips that you can refer.
Check that the installation file is complete and not corrupted. You can try to download the installation file again and install again.
Check that the installation file has sufficient permissions for installation.
Check if another installer is running or has already installed the same application. You can try closing other installers or uninstalling the same application.
