ExtensionActivityEdge file is 16.9 GB. What is the file used for?

I have deleted the file from the system and upon next logon it returns to the same size and then grows with usage.

I searched but there's no information about this file on the Internet. It seems that it's a database about Edge extension logs. When I view the file in online SQLite Viewer, I can see tables about activity logs, but I don't have records in the tables.
