Autopilot not enrolled anymore-user cant sign in anymore

Hi,
'Somehow a user could not sign in device anymore, it seems like accounts were gone from the device.
The device is still available under the AAD as an autopilot device, however under autopilot management endpoint management is showing as not enrolled.
What can I do to get the user back in, as the data on device is of importance
