The issue at hand is that the annotation is not being recorded. I have made multiple attempts, and although my cursor changes to a pen, nothing is being recorded when I try to draw. In other words, I can draw on the screen without any issues. However, the recorded video does not capture the drawing.

To use annotations, you need to first open the Share tray within the Teams meeting and select the screen/window to share.

On the screen being shared, the presenter should move the mouse to the top of the screen to bring up the toolbar. Then, click on the Start annotation (pen) icon. The presenter will have to option to select whether all attendees or only the presenter have the ability to annotate.

    Hi @Ahmed Alanazi

If you don’t see the option to use annotation in a meeting:

    1. In the upper-right corner of Teams, select Settings and more > SettingsGeneral
    2. Under Application, uncheck the box next to Disable GPU hardware acceleration (requires restarting Teams)
