Form Recognizer container endpoint not detected on v3.0 of local container

I have recently able to set up my local container for the latest container v3.0 based on document link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/applied-ai-services/form-recognizer/containers/form-recognizer-container-install-run?view=form-recog-3.0.0&tabs=custom
however when i tried to read/analyze document for read using the localhost container, i would come the following error " Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use a correct regional API endpoint for your resource."
My endpoint has been provided the correct endpoint from the form recognizer resource and key when setting up the local container file.
To note, my subscription also has been whitelisted to use the local container service as there are no previous invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint error previously when i use v2.1 of the local container, kindly advise on this error is it due to my subscription not whitelisted

2023-05-18T09:15:52.65+00:00 Hello @Ramr-msft , thank you for replying to the support enquiry, currently my subscription has been whitelisted to use the local form recognizer container on 7th January 2023 and i was able to use the service for the v2.1 local container, however i encountered the endpoint not detected error when I'm trying to analyze document in the v3.0 local container even though the same endpoint is used from the same whitelisted subscription and azure resource when used in v2.1, may i know if there is another whitelisting request required to use the new v3.0 version?

I also got similar issue as MUHAMMAD NAQIUDDIN but Im facing this issue at Form Recognizer-Custom.
I inserted my form recognizer endpoint and sub-folder as per requested. After I uploaded my images into this "Label data" and run layout, it will show this message.
Please help on this issue too.
