I want to add a section to my create.cshtml page as successful when it writes data to the database and unsuccessful when it sees that there is an error in the form. How can I do this.

And also how can I add the query that has been registered with this phone or this email before?

First of all, can you tell me what database you need to use? Secondly, what are the conditions for this judgment to be based on errors in the form? What is the judgment of success and failure here? There is also the following query function, usually you can query the data by registering it in the database.
