I have Microsoft 365 Business Standard license and when I try to open my Excel on iPad it says I don't have a license. It says "no M365 subscription found" even though logged in as a user with the previously mentioned license. Attached photo of the error message. What could be the problem?

    Hi,

Here is something maybe you can try-

    1. Confirm your subscription status: On your iPad, open a web browser and go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (admin.microsoft.com). Sign in with your Microsoft 365 Business Standard account and navigate to the "Billing" or "Subscriptions" section to confirm that your subscription is active and associated with the correct account.
    2. Update the Excel app: Ensure that you have the latest version of the Excel app installed on your iPad. Visit the App Store and check for any available updates for the Excel app. Keeping the app up to date can help resolve compatibility and licensing issues.

If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it is recommended to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance. They can investigate the specific issue related to your account and provide guidance to resolve the problem.

    Best Regards.
