Why is Bing refusing to index our site?

Question

Webmaster Tools returns URL cannot appear on Bing even though Bing search guidelines have been followed.
Everything seems to be in place, robots.txt, sitemap.xml with status Success & URLs discovered in Webmaster Tools.
But it still doesn't turn up in Bing.

The strange thing is that if we inspect the Live URL in URL Inspector it returns It can appear on Bing Search results given it passes quality checks and gets indexed by Bing and have for several months but it never gets indexed.

I have tried everything and still no indexing , this is nearly two years now, no response from Bing or Microsoft, the website www.chumpprofit.com only has unique content, really dumfounded by lack of help or support, anyone out there have any other ideas, email my kyri@chumpprofit.com thanks
