Is there a way for users to decide which drives they will redirect into a RemoteApp?

When using standard RDP, users may decide which drives they redirect.
When using RemoteApps hosted on server 2016 or 2019, from a website like https://myts.mydom.com/rdweb I don't see a way for them to decide the same. Do you?

It is a requirement of our client to have this option, since they would like to expose only uncritical drives to the host but still be able to redirect drives at all.

Hello @MTG

You can specify which drives to redirect to your remote host from remote desktop connection.

Also you may need to configure the policy value on the Session host
Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Windows Components >> Remote Desktop Services >> Remote Desktop Session Host >> Device and Resource Redirection >> "Do not allow drive redirection" to "Disabled".

Karlie, this is not about mstsc.exe ("standard RDP").
It is about RemoteApps, started from a website https://myts.com/rdweb
We need these drives, so turning redirection off is not something to consider.

I'm sorry I didn't make nyself clear. I mean disable that "do not redirection", not turn it off.

About the drive redirection to remoteapp , I haven't find that option. Maybe you can report it in Remote Desktop Services for user voice

but I find you can specifies a file to be opened on the remote computer by the RemoteApp, just by changing the value in rdp files:
remoteapplicationfile:s:Valid file path

There is nothing one can set. Do you understand?
The server side does not allow to show any options to the client. What you link is for .rdp files - the client cannot use RDP files, he is limited to the webinterface of RDWeb, since he does not enter our network via the RDP port (that is closed), but via https.
Is that understood?
