Hello
i am trying to anstall sophos endpoint protection but i got error code kb-00045019 which require a certificate update.
after checking many topics a relaised that the problem is with the win update which was blocked, after activiating it i got some updates for the win 10 ver 1903.
but the endpoint support still cant be installed.
please help

Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.
I recommend that you ensure that all outstanding updates are installed on the Windows 10 device and if possible the version upgrade beyond 1903. There are no known issues with this particular KB, but Microsoft do recommend that all updates are completed before installing it.

thank you for your help, unfortunately the no more updates found or installed, the windows can't retrieve updates even its online since days.
i have same problem also, the sophos can't be installed on win 10 version 1903 and i see there are no update for this windows version

Hi there, does anyone able to resolve this kind of issue? Is 2024, but I still have the same issue.
