Azure student free subscription denied. I dont know how to contact support about this.

Hello,

I am a student and my teacher told me I can recieve a free subsription like my classmates. However, I cant get it. I tried creating a private ticket to their support but I cant do it. I read about their troubleshooting tips but none of them work. Please ignore the tags on this issue, for some reason they are required and none fit my issue.

Thank you for any help in this issue.
