How to integrate Oracle HCM with Active Directory (with Azure function app/ API or any other way)

The aim of this task to automate new user addition, removal/deactivation of leavers and update employee details by integrating Oracle HCM system with Active Directory. This will reduce manual work and human errors and keep one single source of truth for employee details.

There is some pre defined integration methods and we did tried but Yeah this only has limited attributes. we configured this once

What has limited attributes? The Oracle HCM or that "bridge" software? Shouldn't that shortcoming be directed at Oracle? How can Oracle claim their product is the "single source of truth" if it lacks the ability to provide everything needed to manage human capital (can anyone come up with a more demeaning term for "people")?

Does it have to be a "real-time" synchronization? Periodically exporting the information in a CSV/JSON/XML format and making the updates in batches using the exported information might be an option.
