Outlook Web won't let me type in email address box

Question

When I go to add someones email to a new draft, it won't let me type in the box to add their email address. How do I resolve this on outlook web.

Make sure no other modal (popup) windows are open. They can demand you agree to something before you can click anything else.
If that is not it, I would try using a different web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

Usually, that will fix it. I may be a web browser extension that is causing the problem.
