    I checked the driver updates and they are all in the latest version, the test still fails, would it be through this service channel the possibility of technical support for the Hardware Lab Kit? I've already contacted Microsoft via phone and it's amazing how none of the attendants know or have heard about the Hardware Lab Kit.
