Hi Good day.
I have a really strange situation. I just create an azure account for free trial with my credit card. When I tried to use the account I just get a message that says "You don't have access to this. Your sign in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource". I ask in another question and they tell me that probably is because I used my old university email.
So I can not use the account. The problem is that I tried to create another account with a different regular gmail email but with the same credit card, and I can't create it. I assume because the credit card already is bind to another account. And I can't enter azure portal to delete the account.
Does anyone know how could I delete the account?

OKey thanks, I wrote to my university to see if they can delete the account, I'll wait for their response. I don't have access to nothing on azure portal :(

There's nothing more can be done from forums here. You can follow the steps in link I posted above, and in the meantime just create a new account using another email if needed.

But I can not create a new account. Even with another email, the system didn't allow me to, I guess because the credit card is already bid to one account (I would need another credit card, but don't have another)
