PowerPoint on loop keeps closing

We are using Windows11 pro, the computer is in presentations mode, PowerPoint is on loop and showing in kiosk mode, but after about 4 runs through, PowerPoint closes

    Hi,

    Did this problem appear in all PowerPoint files?

    What kind of file format did you use?

    What version of Office did you use?

    I suggest you go to File- Options- Advanced- check the option "Disable Slide Show hardware graphics acceleration":

    We are using Microsoft 365, PPtx files, Windows 11 pro.

    We have turned on presentations and affirmed in presentations settings

    Have tried your suggestion but still have the program closing and the screen going to screen saver

    The computer is also set to never close.
