Unable to sign-in to virtual desktop

I followed the url to create a virtual desktop hostpool:

After successfully subscribe to the workspace using the Remote Desktop app, using the pre-populated username, I was unable to sign into vm.

update on the issue:

I was able to sign in with DOMAIN\vmadmin.

vmadmin was the local admin user on vm creation.
