Not able to upload training data while creating Custom Model

Not able to upload training data while creating Custom Model or from Azure OpenAI Studio > .Data Files.

The file size is less 100MB, UTF-8 BOM text file.

We get the error "Failed to retrieve fine tuned models"

@45502775 Is the file using JSONL format? I have tried to upload a sample file from my studio and it seems to work. Here is the content in my file.

@45502775 It would be great if you could add more details about the recent survey that was rated not helpful for this thread. Based on the information provided I was able to fix the lines and upload the file to process it successfully as seen in the screen shots below.

@45502775 I think you need to run the data preparation tool to fix issues related to formatting. Here are the details the tool fixed after running the content in a file.
