Microsoft Store Publishing Policy violation

I was exploring the Store Apps today on Windows 11. I found a developer "evlar" who has tons of apps published. However, none of the apps have any information on this publisher as far as the web site or email address is concerned. Isn't this a violation of Store Submission policy? If yes, how did the app certification passed for so many apps with just a cryptic information "evlar" for the publisher name or contact? Here is a sample app link:

The Microsoft partner center tag will handle questions about registering a developer account and publishing apps to the Microsoft Store. Also, you could create a free ticket on dashboard of the partner center for support as well.

If you mean the support contact info of the app's page in the Store, then I have to say that it is allowed.

This is mentioned here: Support info -- The Support contact info field is required if your app or game is available on Xbox. Otherwise, it is optional (but recommended).

Thanks for responding quickly. This really helps because I was thinking of adding more apps but with Contact email only, no web site. This is possible.

However, this particular developer does not even mention a web site or an Email contact. This is permitted from the page you mentioned. But then, aren't the customers inconvenienced when they want to report a bug or get stuck by a problem? How do they contact the developer--by writing a review?

BTW, there is no tag in this forum for Microsoft Store Apps or App Submission or App Developer etc. Which Store tag do you follow in case I have more questions which are Store Apps related. Thanks.
