Hi,

does anyone else with iPhone 13 Mini have this issue? In our company we have hundreds of iPhones. Only the iPhone 13 mini models can not use the phone dial in option with Microsoft Teams.

What I mean is: you open the apple calender app and click on a MS Teams meeting. In the meeting notes you can dial in via phone call and include automatically the MS Teams conferenceID so that the iPhones calls the phone number via Apple phone app and also type in the conferenceID for example: +49 69 50xxxxxxx,,123456789#

The iPhone 13 mini dials this number and also the conferenceID but always the MS Teams voice says "I did not understand the conferenceID"

With every other iPhone model it works, with android it works, with landline phone it works.

yes iOS and MS Teams app is on the newest version. We have many iPhone 13 mini and it works on none of them.

When I edit the dial in with some commas (,) --> pause sign (for example +49 69 50xxxxxxx,,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,#), then the MS Teams voice understands the conferenceID. So is it possible that the iPhone 13 Mini dials to fast?

Can anyone else with iPhone 13 mini test this behaviour?

    Hi @Martin

    Thanks for visiting our forum.

Due to the limitations of the test environment, we did not experience any issues on Android and iPhone 13 phones. You can refer to the specific test steps and check if there are differences with you:

    1. Dial-in phone number (add area code if different regions)
    2. When you hear the tone, enter the conference ID and press the # key. If you're the organizer or presenter of the meeting, you might also need to enter your PIN and press the # key.
    3. Next you will join the meeting successfully as below screenshot shown.

If your steps are correct and the problem persists, please consider contacting Microsoft 365 support.

Thank you for your understanding and patience!
