Azure Device Update Deployment Status not reflecting at Azure Portal

Deployment status is not getting reflected at Azure portal even the respective upgrade is successful at the device level which has confirmed by verifying the adu logs. It will be helpful if you can guide us what is the criteria we need to place in respective manifest files to reflect in deployment pages in azure portal with valid deployment status . The document you have linked provides steps on how to develop the Manifest file required for the update. Can you share more details on the steps you have followed to deploy these updates once they are imported into a Storage account?
I would like to check with you and see if you have created a Tag to your device. To create a device group, the first step is to add a tag to the target set of devices in IoT Hub. You can add a tag to your device by adding the following to the Device Twin
"tags": { "ADUGroup": "<CustomTagValue>" }Groups are automatically created based on the tags assigned as well as the compatibility properties of the devices
Please also refer the Update device packages tutorial which provides all the steps needed to perform a device update.

Also below are the steps activities i have performed fo the device update.
Import an update to Device Update for IoT Hub
Manage device groups in Device Update for IoT Hub
Added ADU group tag Module Identity of the deviceSync Device Groups at Diagnostics
View device groups
View device details for a group
Deploy the update
Monitor an update deployment
- Verification on the Gateway
The current issue I'm facing is that the deployment status is not reflecting at Azure portal even update occurred for Linux firmware at the device. So please guide us here.
