MS OUTLOOK - can view attachments panel side by side with email body as OWA?

Hi,
when we open the OWA website and select and email with attachment, it opens on the left side and the message body remains visible at the right side - as in the picture below.
Q: A customer asked me if that behavior can be reproduced on Microsoft Outlook (Windows app) since it's very usefull to read the message at the same time with attachment overview.
