How do I go about hosting Blazor Custom Element as webresource in Dataverse.

The web resource would just be an html page that hosts the custom element. You will need to set the base href correctly
Hi Bruce not sure if i am following. Do I need to host the custom Blazor element on a remote server? With Dataverse Webresource I can host any Dllls in Dataverse.
blazor custom element assumes you load the host html page, css, js, blazor wasm (if used) and blazor load js files from the hosting server. in your case you will create a Dataverse webresource for each of these files, though you could use links to another site for the css files. but at a min you would have the hosting page html, the load js, and wasm all as separate web resource. then you would assess the host page:
https://MyOrganization.crm.dynamics.com/WebResources/blazor/index.htm
if you are using blazor server, the server app would be hosted by a separate blazor app site.
