After removal of Global admin role from 2 users they are now not receiving notification from Shift when staff goes on leave. What role controls these notifications?

Could you please tell me:
Are you using a desktop client or a mobile client?
Through my test, the Shfit notification cannot be received on the desktop client, but the mobile client can receive the notification in the Activity.
Please try using your mobile client to see if you received the notification.
