Internal server error

We have set up Microsoft Azure Form Recognizer for v3.0 local container based on document for custom model, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/applied-ai-services/form-recognizer/containers/form-recognizer-container-install-run?view=form-recog-3.0.0&tabs=custom#create-a-folder-to-store-the-following-files , however when i tried to run any request on localhost:5000 it would come internal server error and in localhost:5001 for the studio I would come up with endpoint not detected

@MUHAMMAD NAQIUDDIN I hope your FR container access request for layout, custom template and studio are approved before running this request. This is part of the pre-reqs to use the container.

If the same is approved and valid you should see a status page when you open http://localhost:5000/ indicating the service is running.

If you are seeing an issue after validating the above, then any request that fails should log an error in the log files under shared or output folders that are created before running this setup. This should provide more details about the internal failure. Do you see any logs related to the same?
