In Teams meetings, it is allowed to view real-time transcriptions. This requires your administrator to enable this feature. After the administrator enables, you follow these steps to enable:
- Go to the meeting controls and select More actions.
- Select Start transcription.
- The transcription is displayed on the right side of the screen.
- You can change the transcription language, hide or show the transcription, stop or restart the transcription, download or delete the transcription, and more.
