Unable to register device with Azure Error 80180014

I get the error below when attempting to connect to my work M365 account on my desktop. (not a domain joined device) This issue started after I was cleaning up some stale Azure Registered devices from Azure AD. I accidently deleted my desktop from Azure AD and I could not find a restore or recovery option for mistakenly deleted devices. So I thought I could just re-register my desktop using my credentials but instead I get an error. Please help I really want the ability to use Teams and my Outlook again on this desktop.

    Hi Derek,

    have you tried dsregcmd tool? Could you share the /status switch information?

    Does the /forcerecovery switch works for you?
