Unable to ping or RDP until server is restarted

We have a mixture of Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 servers (Virtual\Physical). Randomly we are unable to ping or RDP to a specific server. It doesn't matter if it is physical or virtual. A restart usually takes care of the issue. I believe this is only happing to our 2016 server. This started after our quarterly patch cycle. I'm wondering if a patch\update is causing this issue. Any ideas?

Not much to go on but check if the network firewall profile unexpectedly changed (private / public / domain).
